Together with my friends Michel Denis-Huot, Olivier Cazé, Béatrice Marlic, and Marie-Claire Rabaud, we journeyed through Costa Rica for many months to explore this last garden of Eden.
We discovered an incredible biodiversity: monkeys and big cats of the New World, sloths, coatis, and anteaters, butterflies, frogs, and multicolored birds. We met people dedicated to their conservation and often shared their daily lives.
We gave a voice to these inspiring protectors and magnificent animals, illustrating our stories with images from our travels.
Yann Arthus-Bertrand kindly wrote the foreword for our book: find it in the gallery.
Discover the stories of the protectors we met here.
This book is out of print, but the photographs are still available for purchase (art prints and reproduction rights upon request).
