Since 2011, I have had the privilege of conducting extensive work in the New Zealand archipelago, in close collaboration with wildlife and flora protectors, particularly with the New Zealand Department of Conservation – Te Papa Atawhai, to showcase the incredible richness of this continent and the remarkable conservation efforts being made.
Most of my photographs were made possible thanks to the involvement, advice, patience, and knowledge of Ros Cole and Les Moran, and with the initial support of Kevin Evans who opened the doors to this unique world for me.
All my images are captured with the utmost respect for the well-being of my subjects. Particularly, those featuring endangered species were always taken under the supervision of a caretaker, ranger, or expert.
