In this third kids book that wrote with my friend Christine Denis-Huot, I take you on a journey to discover an incredible world: our Nature, a super source of inspiration for eco-explorers!
Life appeared on Earth 3.8 billion years ago. Today, more than 10 million species inhabit the planet (not counting bacteria), and new ones are still being discovered.
Our species only appeared 200,000 years ago, but our activities are profoundly and rapidly altering Earth’s balance.
Nature, however, knows how to be efficient and incredibly clever. Since their existence, species have practiced essential survival concepts that we are only now recognizing the importance of!
Recycling, adapting, saving energy, sharing, helping each other… These come naturally to animals, who manage resources in the best possible way.
From vultures to sloths, pangolins to hummingbirds, not to mention crocodiles and foxes, they all have something to teach us.
This third title of my Géniale Nature collection was published in 2017 by our publishing company SABINE & SES COPAINS, with the support of the SARETEC Group.
